Rates include overnight stay, breakfast, Wi-Fi connection in all internal and external common areas, use of the swimming pool, access to the solarium equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, supply of pool towels, parking and further services and comforts made available to guests and can be consulted on our website in the “Services” and “Suites” sections.
Rates do not include the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 6 nights. The following tax must be paid directly at check-out. Minors up to the age of fourteen are exempt from this tax.those over eighty, members of the police force who stay overnight in accommodation facilities for service purposes, where there is a service order and those declared disabled.
Children from 0 to 3 years old do not pay and a supplement of €10.00 per day is applied for the cot, if a request has been made and it is available.
We are a pet-friendly resort and in case of stays with your 4-legged friend a surcharge of €10.00 per day is required for extra cleaning costs. We can make bowls and kennels available to guests, if requested and there is availability.
Arrive
Check-in is scheduled to start from 3.00 pm and must in any case be agreed with the resort staff. In the event of a delay not communicated within a reasonable time, a surcharge for late check-in will be applied.
Departure
Check-out is scheduled no later than 11.00, in case of availability, by agreement with the resort staff, it is possible to carry out a late check-out by paying a surcharge.
Early departure
In case of early departure, the cost of the nights booked and not taken will be charged.
No Show
In case of no show (failure to show up), the cost of the entire booked stay will be charged.
Booking conditions
In order to proceed with the booking confirmation, you are required to insert a credit card as a guarantee, which will not be charged until the check-in date. During high season the minimum stay required is 2 nights.
Cancellations
As regards the conditions for canceling reservations, for cancellations received in the 15 days before the check-in date no penalty will be applied and the cancellation will be totally free. For cancellations received within 14 days before the check-in date, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.
